What is the closing date?
The closing date for applications is 28th January 2008. We suggest you apply as soon as possible, as, due to their popularity, some other schemes may also close early.
What qualifications do I need?
The Randstad graduate programme is accepting applications from 2008 graduates of any discipline
All applicants must have a current driving licence
Can I apply for a vacancy in a specific branch?
Unfortunately not. The graduates that we are aiming to take on will be allocated to a specific region and the branch that you work in will be determined by business needs at the time. Where possible we will try and accommodate your wishes but some flexibility will be required.
When will I start?
All of the 2008 graduates will start on Monday 1 st September 2008
How long is the programme?
The graduate programme is 18 months long, although this may vary slightly as different people progress at different rates.
Will I have a company induction?
Yes. All of our new starters attend a 1 week induction in either Newbury or Leicester in their 2nd week of employment within the organisation
What hours will I have to work?
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30
What development opportunities will there be for me?
As an organisation we are totally committed to the development of our people, but this has to be a two-way process. It is an objective of Randstad Holdings globally to ensure that 80% of the promotional vacancies are filled by internal candidates.
What is the dress code?
Business dress is required in all locations.
