We work in partnership with universities and colleges to deliver efficiencies and improvements in the provision of support workers to students with learning and physical disabilities. These include:
- paying support workers for assistance given to disabled students
- invoicing and collecting payment from Local Education Authorities (LEAs) in line with current arrangements
- providing the university or college with a monthly update on Disability Support Allowance (DSA) entitlements
We also:
- recruit and organise additional fully referenced and CRB-checked support workers for students with learning and physical disabilities. The cost of this will be deducted from the payment made to the university or college to finance the programme
- provide details of existing support workers, students and DSA entitlements
- arrange for the educational establishment to validate and forward time sheets for support workers to Randstad HR Solutions
