Randstad launches salary survey – are you being paid enough working in Northern Ireland ?

Even the East Midlands, England’s lowest paid region, has salary levels more than 14% higher than Northern Ireland’s

There are over 17,000 workers employed within the contact centre industry in Northern Ireland, constituting 2.05% population

Salaries in the contact centre industry in Northern Ireland are 15% lower than Wales, 14% lower than Scotland and 13% lower than the lowest English region
